CANDIDATE RESEARCH
Our specialized research team will sort and search before approaching any applicants with potential job offers. We have an extensive database with top talent professionals that allows us to pair client companies and candidates perfectly. We take into account factors such as their previous work experience, references, qualifications, any relevant portfolios, education, and referrals.

INTERVIEW PHASE
When identifying and selecting our potential candidates, we initiate contact for the next step of the interview process. Through this phase we ensure that the referred candidates will meet all of our client’s expectations and the job requirements based on the job description provided to make a perfect match. This interview process allows us to better understand an individual’s background, motivations, skills, interests, and knowledge of the industry to determine if they are a good fit for your company.

SCREENING PROCESS
Infinity Personnel carefully reviews all candidates and profile resumes. We want to make sure that there are no discrepancies in their references or personal information. In order to validate their portfolios, we perform the necessary background checks and verification to deem them legitimate. Once our screening process has proved successful, the candidate will move to the next step.

CLIENT INTERVIEW
One of our team professional will set up an in-person interview with you, the company. In this meeting, we learn more about your company’s needs and culture, as well as understanding who is the perfect candidate to fill your position. We like to meet with our clients in person because we want to make sure that we deliver the perfect candidate. After familiarizing ourselves with your hiring needs and requirements we can source the best talent for you.

2ND INTERVIEW PHASE
Once we have selected the candidate or candidates qualified for your position, one of our professional team members will set up a meeting with the potential candidate. This gives both the employer and applicant the chance to meet one-on-one and discuss any further details or terms about the position and whether or not they are the right fit for the job. Once the applicants and employers have met with one another, then we will be able to start gathering feedback from both and making our final decisions together.

THE OFFER
After all the screening processes are done and candidate approval through the conducted interviews, Infinity Personnel will go through a negotiation process with the employer and work out an offer that both parties can agree on. Offers may vary according to positions and needs. Once all details have been agreed, your new employee can begin working at your most desirable date or after the candidate has officially terminated the two week notice with their past employer.
